Describe the desired outcome from the user's perspective
As a Developer I will manually terminate the running or starting zillabase stack. I expect the zillabase runtime to detect my stoping of zillabase and execute the necessary steps such that I don't need to run the zillabase stop command manually

Acceptance criteria

  • Using a stop command like ctr + c or similar will teardown the zillabase stack such that the developer doesn't need to manually call the stop command
