Akeneo Pim 5.0 installation database table not found error

I am trying to install akeneo pim5.0 in ubuntu 18.08 and mysql 8.0.
bin/console pim:installer:db commnad to generate tables.
74 tables are created. But pim_session table is not created.

This is weird because the table should be created by this function call: https://github.com/akeneo/pim-community-dev/blob/5.0/src/Akeneo/Platform/Bundle/InstallerBundle/Command/DatabaseCommand.php#L184

unless you used the doNotDropDatabase flag.
