Posting a semester is not KST standard
If a user creates a word at 0:00am on Apr 1, 2024 KST , it must create a new semester 2024-2
Create a word 0:00am on Apr 1, 2024 KST and you will see that your word is still associated to the 2024-1

If a user creates a word at 0:00am on Apr 1, 2024 KST , it must create a new semester 2024-2
How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?
Create a word 0:00am on Apr 1, 2024 KST and you will see that your word is still associated to the 2024-1
