Add calibration support for flow sensors #30

The flow sensor data is converted from a dimensionless value to meters at line https://github.com/airo-ugent/airo-tulip/blob/main/airo-tulip/airo_tulip/platform_monitor.py#L352

This value should be configurable, instead of being a magic number.

We may also want to provide a calibration routine in the future, but that is out of scope for this issue.
