Hi everyone,
My company is considering using Airbyte to integrate data from our various services. We noticed that Illumina BaseSpace is not currently available on the marketplace:
A connector for BaseSpace would be highly valuable for biotech, pharmaceutical companies, and academic labs. It would enable users to collect experimental data and generate reports outside of BaseSpace, providing better data management and tracking.
We are interested in developing a connector for BaseSpace and would appreciate any feedback from others who might find this useful.
I have reviewed the existing Python SDK provided by Illumina. However, it appears to be outdated, supporting only Python 2 and lacking maintenance. As a result, we are likely to pursue a low-code approach for building this connector.
