Background

Working on rebuilding Ottr API to a Golang gRPC server; we are planning on removing the RDS database and consolidating all data into the DynamoDB table and simplifying the schema to include less global secondary indexes (GSI). Downstream dependencies should not be impacted as the requests to Step Function will be consistent.

Description

Refactoring API to gRPC service, and improve extend a Golang ACME client.
