Utilize robust OCR technology to accurately recognize text in various fonts and sizes.
Support multiple languages (at least English & French )
Considering performance optimization issues (timeout , retry mechanism etc ..)

nice to have :

Provide the ability to specify regions within the image for targeted text extraction.
Include preprocessing options such as contrast adjustment or noise reduction to enhance text recognition.
