As a Devops, I would like to be able to add teams with push permissions to repository with automated script #35

In order to add codeowners file with valid configuration. It was necessary that concerned teams have permissions to push to their respective repository. Otherwise the codeowner file is invalid. I created and used a script to do this and would like to add it to the list of scripts in this repository.
