As a Devops, I would like to be able to add teams with push permissions to repository with automated script

In order to add codeowners file with valid configuration. It was necessary that concerned teams have permissions to push to their respective repository. Otherwise the codeowner file is invalid. I created and used a script to do this and would like to add it to the list of scripts in this repository.
