switch to enable verbose

Is there a way to enable verbose when I do k ctx or k ns. It would be nice to see what is the associated kubectl command executed behind the screen. A lot of times I get this question when I do a demo :)

An example of what I love to see

k ns knative-events
### kubectl config set-context --current --namespace=knative-events
Context "my-k8s-cluster" modified.
Active namespace is "knative-events".

Only bash versions of these tools call kubectl in the background. For that, just download and edit your local version of the script. Go implementation can't provide that. This should not be a feature request. :)
