  • XTK reads a maximum of around 200 dicoms - then returns error
  • only little-Endian is supported by XTK - check tag x00020010
  • sliceLocation in dicom is optional - might not always be there - use other required tag instead
  • nprogress to end with all sliceURL being loaded
  • figure out UI relationship between container1 and canvas
  • nrrd is better - no problems loading - will need to read the header (parse matlab code?)
  • dicom needs to be only little Endian + max # of dicoms..
  • try reslicing then export as dicom or nrrd
