Benefit
By running openlm software we hope to get a better handle on what licenses are being used and by whom. This will inform future licensing decisions.

Acceptance Criteria
Getting monthly reports of feature usage and patterns.

Notes
No response

Risks
Not being able to track license usage over time leaves us without metrics to make informed decisions.
