edge_coreclr.node seems to require vcruntime140_1.dll #175

On a newly installed Windows, electron-edge-js-quick-start-forge cannot be run. After investigation, it is found that vcruntime140_1.dll is missing, but I am not sure whether edge_coreclr.node depends on this file or electron depends on this file.

Please evaluate whether vcruntime140_1.dll should be added in the lib\native\win32 directory

edge-js and electron-edge-js require Visual C++ Redistributable.
I will update documentation.
