Minecraft-like tool bar for showing the user what the cell clicking will do.

The user will push the first 9 number keys for the following Tools:
terrain
grass
rock
water
plant
mushroom
wall
block
agent (The added agent's script is set via the side bar)

If the user presses W the tool will work additively (add plant, raise cell, add agent)
If the user presses S the tool will work subtractively (remove plant, lower cell, delete agent)
