Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Interops introduces langchain, crewai and pydantic tools for ag2 agents to use. We need to integrate it into CaptainAgent tool library.

Describe the solution you'd like

I am working on implementing a general run_tool function for the agents within CaptainAgents to use.

Merge Plan

Existing PR: #307 introduces a customized executor injected with tools. This is essential for the function.
The next PR will introduce the full content and a notebook demo
