Hi, thanks for developing this nice tool.
I ran this tool successfully with my own data but found something puzzling in the regulon gmt file. There are two transcription factors, i.e., two regulons, including themselves as the regulatory targets. They are KLF4 and NR3C1. What's more puzzling is, KLF4/NR3C1 can not only activate themselves but also inhibit themselves, i.e., both the sign "+" and "-" appeared in my results.
Did anyone encountered similar situations? How can I interpret such regulatory relationships?
Any suggestions or discussions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance
Can Liu
