The output of
pyscenic stx, includes many same transcription factors(TF) for the different motifs and target genes. Then the output ofpyscenic aucell, includes regulon score for each cell.I am trying to find out, what is the relationship between TF's AUC(or NES) and regulon score per cell.
I saw the regulon names have a pattern of
TF(+). Are all the TF scores being used for the regulon score?Thanks
