Can I only keep genes that are TFs or in the feather file?

Hi,

Does it make sense to keep only genes that are TFs or in the feather file? Seems regulons will not contain more genes than that set.

I think if I used the genes not from that collection as targets, they won't really contribute to cisTarget other than causing a higher chance to get the warning "less than 80% of the genes in xxx could be mapped to the feather". It should also help with accelerating adjacency matrix calculation.

Any thoughts?
