ERROR - Not single module loaded - not sure what it means or how to fix

Hi I was trying to run the following pyScenic ctx command to

It gives me a bunch of warnings and the error:

The motif used was "motifs-v9-nr.mgi-m0.001-o0.0.tbl", downloaded via:

The feather file is "mm10__refseq-r80__10kb_up_and_down_tss.mc9nr.genes_vs_motifs.rankings.feather", download via:
wget https://resources.aertslab.org/cistarget/databases/mus_musculus/mm10/refseq_r80/mc9nr/gene_based/mm10__refseq-r80__10kb_up_and_down_tss.mc9nr.genes_vs_motifs.rankings.feather

I checked to make sure file paths were correct and they seem to be.

The reg.csv output is there, but it is a completely blank file.

I couldn't find anyone else with the same error in my search on here, so does anyone know what might be wrong?
