Hi,
I have successfully run SCENIC on a single-cell RNAseq dataset.
However, one of the TFs I am interested, Hic1, does not show up in the results of predicted activity.
I dug into the intermediate RDS files created by SCENIC and found that Hic1 is included in "2.4_motifEnrichment_selfMotifs_wGenes" but not "2.3_motifEnrichment".
Could someone elaborate why this may be the case?
I have checked the NES of the motifs and quite a lot exceed 3.
Thank you.
Henry
