Ansible request for downloading CycloneDX dependency jars into local cache

As part of the upgrade to CycloneDX spec 1.0.6, provision of using a local cache of the dependency jars is being provided under PR: adoptium/temurin-build#3985

As part of that PR, then following jars can be found:

From the following local directory:

• Windows: c:/dependency_cache
• MacOS: ${HOME}/dependency_cache
• Unix: /usr/local/dependency_cache
