build.getDependency is failing to run successfully

What are you trying to do? Run https://ci.adoptium.net/view/all/job/build.getDependency

Expected behaviour: Job runs without error statis

Observed behaviour: Job has failed since the 6th December and shows a red status with the following message:

Started by timer
ERROR: Unable to find bld from git https://github.com/adoptium/temurin-build.git
Finished: FAILURE

While this may be "normal" behaviour if there is nothing to update, that's not clear from the error message so we should either clarify that in the log/status or fix the underlying problem.

This may be blocking adoptium/temurin-build#3593, so I'll get this fixed now.

Ok, all fixed.

Underlying cause was that someone had changed the script path to "bld", which is incorrect.

This has now been set to the correct value: cyclonedx-lib/getDependencies
