Unable to upload WKND Site - v3.2.0 package

Expected Behaviour

Unable to install aem-guides-wknd.all-3.2.0.zip on the fresh AEM instance created in Cloud Manager.

Reproduce Scenario (including but not limited to)

I just spun up a new instance of AEM 2024.6.16799.20240614T073455Z in the cloud and going through the tutorial, following the steps in this article, I downloaded the latest aem-guides-wknd.all-3.2.0.zip package from releases,

This step fails:
3. Click Upload Package and choose the WKND package downloaded in the prior step. Click Install to install the package.

Actual Behaviour

Error:
Package (or it's subpackage(s)) contains application content which isn't supported at runtime.
