URL not found

Hey Adletaw, (FYI I am a very basic R user.)

I run into a problem finding the URL. I did some searching and thought it might be that the "when your HTTP request does not include a user-agent string" it throws up an error?

and I apologize if this isn't the right place to post this type of question
