During the routine usage of Pysep, on occasion a warning similar to the following appears:
[2022-10-03 13:42:42] - pysep - WARNING: AV.SPCP..BHE has data gaps, removing

However, in this instance, when I go into the data directory I still have all components of SPCP saved. Please see the attached screenshot.

I have not double checked any events that have triggered the data clipping removal module, but it would be good to check that that is truly removing clipped stations as well.

Hi @ammcpherson, I wasn't able to reproduce this error. I used a different event from you but I was able to get a data gap station removed during processing. Could you use the attached config file and see if you can reproduce the error? Or if possible it would good to get the config file for the '20140925175117606' event to see if we can reproduce this?

Hi @bch0w,

I did not see your config file, and instead found another event where there are stations with data gaps. In that case, all 3 components of stations had data gaps and all the components were removed.

I have attached the config file for 20140925175117606, where only one component has data gaps.

I'm also currently running the latest version of Pysep.
