[Mention The Feature]: home page navbar has issue

The header in the home page is not having good alignment and the hover effect has to be changed.
Also, when turning on the dark mode, the icon becomes invisible.
I want to work on this issue.

I will enhance the header section and make it visually appealing so that users won't face problem while interacting with the navbar.
