Enhance Hero Section Usability and Scroll-to-Top Button Visibility

The hero section isn’t very user-friendly; the black font is difficult to see against the background image. Additionally, the scroll-to-top button appears on the screen without needing to scroll.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I propose enhancing the hero section's styles by adding a translucent overlay to improve visibility, changing the font color to white, and improving the UI of the buttons for a better design. I will also ensure that this style is applied to the hero sections across all pages for a consistent UI. For the scroll-to-top button, I’d like to make it visible only after scrolling and enhance its UI to align with the current interface.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

An alternative could be adjusting the background image or using different font colors. However, these may not provide the same level of accessibility and visual appeal as the proposed overlay and consistent button styles.

Additional context.

This improvement will enhance overall user experience and accessibility, making navigation smoother and more intuitive.
