The "Scroll to Top" button is present on every page of the website except for one. This inconsistency can lead to a subpar user experience, as users may expect this feature on all pages.

*Accessibility: For users with accessibility needs, this button offers an easy way to navigate, reducing scrolling effort on long pages.
*User Experience: The absence of a "Scroll to Top" button on one page might confuse users, especially if they rely on it to navigate back to the top easily.
*Design Consistency: Having a uniform layout and feature set across pages makes the site feel cohesive. Missing elements can make the site seem incomplete or poorly maintained.

@umar-farooq-shaik the back to scroll button is present on the page but at the extreme end and when clicked it does not take us back to the top so go ahead and fix the button.
