The Job Cards are not appropriate for User Interface

Description

The User Interface of the Jobs Cards are not looking appealing as the User Interface and which in return, it degrades the User Experience. The User interface is one of the major component of the visitors count and in such a competitive environment User Interface needs to be appealing to attract users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Website
2. Move to header
3. Click on Jobs
4. Scroll Down to job cards

Expected Behavior

The Job Cards will be looking appealing and the styling and font will be in such way that it could be clearly visible tot he User and doesn't have unnecessary dimensions just to accommodate the content.

Actual Behavior

The Jobs Cards are not looking appealing and having very huge font with long width which is not necessary as the content is not mush to show and can be adjusted in shorter width with required height and width to adjust the content.
