Issues in footer, Login Page, Resources Section

Description

i want to add border-radius to the language mode button in Login page.
No Hover effect in the Social media icons and Pages have poor background hover effect on hovering social media icons.
Underline in website name and font not visible when hovering.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Go to Website.
2.Click on the login page and see issues which i discuss above.
3.Go the footer of every page and see social media hovering effect.
4. Go the resources section and see website name contains underline and buttons hovering not well.
