Failed plugin upload messaging #2703

Is it possible to be more specific with the error message when a plugin fails to upload. For example, if the framework installed is lower than that required by the plugin, you just get the standard message:
Plugin upload failed
Installation of plugins failed, Installation of plugin '[name]' via adapt-cli failed

It would be helpful if the message indicated the reason why.
