In a menu with grouped menu items, the list structure is currently applied in a way to indicate the number of grouped topics in the course instead of indicating the number of items within each group. There is also no label applied to the "list" container to indicate the purpose of the list.
For screen reader users, knowing the number of items within each grouped menu adds greater value, as it gives users sense of the size of a collection of topics so they can plan their training time accordingly.
