Doesn't hyperlink raw urls #10

a link (ie: https://example.com) should be automatically hyperlinked when using markdown.

This doesnt happen.

fix:

	var rx_url = /(https?:\/\/[^\s]+)/g;
....

replace(rx_url, function (all, p1) {
		return '<a href="' + p1 + '">' + unesc(highlight(p1)) + '</a>';
	});

just make sure to add it after rx_link replacement
