Updating the Dataset

Does QLever support updating the dataset (importing new triples and reindexing) without restarting the server?

We're in the progress of adding support for SPARQL Update. With this you can add and remove triples at runtime. The current state of Update is documented in the wiki. Updating the index with the added/removed triples is not supported and afaik not planned. But as the indexing is quite fast you can just create a new index with the current dataset.

Yes, we would like to embed Qlever in our semantically-enabled Data Spaces. The data spaces receive some input data (e.g. sensor data) and integrate it into their RDF store. I know Qlever's indexing is efficient but wanted to check if there is a way to avoid interrupting the service for each update.
