Ability to review/edit Mastopod settings

When I added Mastopod to my pod, I was presented with a lot of Authorization requests that I could reject as a whole (thus not installing) or just accept, although each option was a potential on/off.
Where/how can I review the various authorizations I gave?

Example: my pod was mentioned in a post on Mastodon. Although it (still) doesn't appear in my inbox in Mastopod, I received an email on the address I used to create my pod (sent/relayed via brevosend/sendinblue) with the full content of the mention.

How do I disallow this feature, if I want to?

Indeed notifications should be optional, but we don't handle well optional requirements at the moment. This will be corrected here: activitypods/activitypods#353

We also plan to allow users to unsubscribe notifications per applications: activitypods/activitypods#202
