Make the "Add Visit" page

Create a "Add Visit" Page that will be navigated to when the Add Visit button is clicked on the home page. This Add Visit Page should take in all the details required for the visit and update it back in firebase on saving the visit. You will notice that the Add Visit Page is not there in the figma design. Feel free to create the UI as you wish as long as it takes in all the relevant info and somewhat follows the design language.

Please Hardcode which Restaurant the visit will be created in as this will be swapped out to use the Algolia Search Index in a search bar in a seperate issue.
