  • src/components/projects/WaterQuality.jsx
  • use src/components/Subtitle.jsx
  • the first section has a video, use the html video tag and pass the link to it
  • I put the path of the pictures on the picture
  • please checkout the comments on the figma file for the hover behavior and the link
  • follow the code style in src/components/projects/ AirQuality.jsx that ons is fixed
