https://achtman-lab.github.io/maketree throws 404 error

Similar to the achtman-lab hosted instance of grapetree, I get an initial error when I start a session with Grapetree using the docker file. It's not able to POST /maketree. This is different than the local windows version, as it successfully allows SNP files to be loaded and create Trees using the MStreeV2 method. How can we fix this?
