add other contributions for case studies (outside of ABZ)

We want to add as many contributions as possible to each case study.
For this, we add a new submenu at the top of "case studies" with "other contributions"

These other contributions can contain almost anything, also not reviewed sources (websites, models, technical reports, etc.)
