We should package and document the whole AI-generated code search solution for easy usage, reuse and integration, including code and data.

Note that some base installation procedures are already documented and we may reference these guides in the solution guide.

Eventually, we should end up to:

Create release with downloadable and installable archives for all solution components (libraries, MatchCode, PurlDB)
Create and publish a comprehensive doc set (on RTD)
