The original reason we started using a wishlist program (that I wrote way-back-when) was to prevent people from looking at their own list and seeing what people had bought for them. So one vote for this.
As near as I can tell, this bug only goes as far as allowing a user to add themselves to shop for. If they attempt to actually look at their list, a non-specific error returns, and the spinner just spins.
A user can add themselves to their shop for list. List should automatically exclude the user during search.
