Time picker can't pick minutes? #564

After a few tests, it appears the timepicker can't pick minutes. We can pick an hour from 00:00 to 23:00 but it is not possible to precise minutes.

I couldn't find anything on the documentations and the time picker configurator (http://afarkas.github.io/webshim/demos/demos/cfgs/input-time.html) doesn't mention how to configure the minutes.

Did I miss something and picking minutes should work or this features doesn't exist yet?
