[Enhancement] Folders in Alphabetic List

Back In Windows I could create Folders inside of the Alphabetic List by changing the Folder structure of the Shortcuts in the Windows Menu Folder. I would love to be able to also Make some Folders inside of the Alphabetic List here too. Examples would be all the QT tools in a Folder called QT or a Folder for all Steam things.

Right Click Tiled Icon in the panel > Edit Applications to open up KMenuEdit.

Note that since Tiled Menu behaves like the "Application Dashboard" widget, all nested folders are collapsed to a folder 1 level deep.

I've written a mockup widget that displays the "nested categories" in Issue #80 however that's probably not what you want. You want "folders" that can collpase.

Right, I'm interested in Collapsable folders, exactly like I had when I were using windows
