Make this project easy to install, build, test and change

I think the way to go is by installing this project using

git clone https://github.com/Zikoat/musweeper.git
pip install -e .

for installing all of the dependencies. This issue can be closed when these commands are the only thing required to get this up and running on our machines, and to run it in colab.
