Sometimes, "Set Region Cookies" doesn't work. I click it and the page reloads but the site is still in English and there goes "This page is not available in your area." notice.
I close and re-open KCV several times, re-download KCV.
After many attempts, KCV finally loads Japanese site and I can log in KC.
For a long time, the "Download translations" button and "Automatically update translations on startup" are not working.
It says "KCV was unable to download the translations!"
