Getting Invalid packet! Error.

Hi I am using si4463. I ran the ping_server and ping_client example on Arduino UNO for evaluation of driver and i kept getting the Invalid Packet error. What i noticed was RSSI value was around-55 to -40 dbm. It seems like the CRC error is evoking invalid packet error but i am not sure what is causing this. I tired few other radio configuration but that didn't help. Any help appreciated. Thanks :)
