Visualization of ML classes: Allow user to specify colors for certain scores in settings

In the plots, it is possible to select the "Most probably ML score", but for visualization, the current colormaps should not be used. For each plot, a unique colormap should be generated (with 3-digit labels) with user-editable colors. For this, we need a new tab in the preferences that allows for color selection.
