Thanks for the report. The problem is already known (sorry, I thought I left an issue open about it): it is due to WireGuard only needing UDP, while YunoHost tests both TCP and UDP port openings.

You can safely Ignore the error, and I will keep this issue open while we fix it on YunoHost core.

It is indeed unrelated to the port number, but to the fact it listens for UDP packets.
