can't login after install

Describe the bug

Hello,
I managed to install paperless-ngx with command line (through the web GUI I had a 504 error while building python depencies). But then impossible to login even with the correct credentials.
I tried to create a superuser with manage.py but it says django is not installed. And trying to install django there is a unknown gpg version error. Then gpg can't be installed because part of distutils package.

• Hardware: virtual box with debian guest (and windows host)
• YunoHost version: 11.2.31 (stable)
• I have access to my server: direct access via keyboard / screen
• Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no
• Using, or trying to install package version/branch: 2.11.6~ynh2

Same here. I installed paperless-ngx 2.11.6~ynh2 successfully on Yunuhost 12.0.6 via webinterface.
Clicking the icon, the apps login screen appears but my standard login credentials do not work.

What does work is my standard user name and the admin password chosen during installation.
