The newest version of Mastodon has shipped.

Mastodon 4.3 requires postgresql 15 which is not available on YunoHost 11.
We will have to wait for YunoHost 12 and Debian Bookworm.
I'll release security update 4.2.13 shortly.

I believe the requirement for Postgresql was bumped to 12, not 15.

Yes, requirement for PostgreSQL ist 12:
PostgreSQL: 12 or newer. PostgreSQL versions 14.0 to 14.3 are not supported as they contain a critical data-corruption bug
