Feature Request: Add the Autogen Docs to Source

Hey guys, I needed some low-level documentation on the bitstream and I found that none of the websites worked, thankfully there is the icebox_html utility which can be used to generate the /docs/bitdocs-1k and /docs/bitdocs-8k that aren't even archived with Claire's website. To save future users the hassle, could I submit a PR with these docs generated ahead of time or at least the README.md on how to do this?

Bonus feature request: maybe docs could just be hosted on a github pages site as there doesn't seem to be any intention from Claire to fix the docuementation site any time soon.
